Refund And Cancellation
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this time, orders may already be processed or in production and cannot be cancelled — especially in case of customized products.
Customized / Personalized Products
All customized or personalized items (including name, logo, or special design) are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
We request you to carefully check all customization details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
We take quality seriously, but if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement (preferred)
- Or a refund, if replacement is not possible
Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
- Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
- Normal wear and tear
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Order Refusal / Failed Delivery
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
