Our products are generally water-resistant, meaning they can handle light splashes and outdoor conditions. However, they are not fully waterproof.
6. Can I cancel or return my order?
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours
- Customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement/refund

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
