  • Standard products: 4–7 working days
  • Customized products: 5–10 working days

4. Are your products durable?

Yes, our products are made using high-quality 3D printing materials and are designed for everyday use. Each item is tested for durability and performance.


5. Is the product waterproof?

Our products are generally water-resistant, meaning they can handle light splashes and outdoor conditions. However, they are not fully waterproof.


6. Can I cancel or return my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours
  • Customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement/refund

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
